Job Title: SAP SuccessFactors Implementation Expert

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to lead the implementation of SuccessFactors Recruiting, Marketing, and Onboarding modules.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in implementing, configuring, and supporting these modules in global environments. They will work securely through virtual desktop infrastructure (VDI) and possess excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead end-to-end implementation and support of SuccessFactors RCM, RMK, and ONB modules.
  • Collaborate with HR business teams to gather requirements, design solutions, and configure system functionalities.
  • Design and maintain career sites, candidate pipelines, and onboarding workflows.
  • Troubleshoot issues, perform root cause analysis, and provide timely resolutions.
  • Develop and maintain system documentation, functional specs, and test scripts.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders across geographies.
