Core Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional expertise in SAP HCM & SuccessFactors modules across various projects.
  • Lead solution design, documentation, and advisory presentations for clients worldwide.
  • Ensure seamless functional delivery and maintain high-quality implementation standards.
  • Drive discovery workshops, strategy discussions, and design thinking sessions to achieve business objectives.
  • Participate actively in pre-sales cycles including RFP responses, estimations, and solution demos to showcase capabilities.
  • Manage the project lifecycle from inception to closure, providing AMS support as required.
  • Assume the role of Project Manager when necessary, ensuring successful project execution.
  • Mentor, train, and lead junior consultants to foster talent growth within the team.
  • Conduct performance evaluations, provide feedback, and ratings for downstream resources.
  • Oversee creation of sales collaterals, manage Proofs of Concept (POCs), and participate in industry events/webinars to contribute to thought leadership.
  • Travel extensively for customer engagements and represent the organization at industry events.
  • Grow the SAP SuccessFactors practice by scaling headcount in line with business demand.
  • Deliver solutions that optimize costs, automate processes, and enable rapid deployment for clients.
  • Ensure seamless integration between SAP modules and third-party systems.
  • Regularly report on practice growth, KPIs, and strategic initiatives to the Practice Head.
