Project Lead: SAP Fieldglass Implementation

As a seasoned expert in contingent workforce management, you will lead the implementation of SAP Fieldglass solutions for clients seeking to optimize their procurement processes. Your responsibility will be to configure and implement various modules of the platform, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems such as SAP S/4HANA, SuccessFactors, and other third-party tools.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Configure and implement SAP Fieldglass modules for Contingent Workforce and Services Procurement,
  • Integrate Fieldglass with SAP S/4HANA, SuccessFactors, and third-party systems,
  • Manage requirement gathering, blueprinting, and solution workshops,
  • Conduct testing, deployment, and post-go-live support,
  • Partner with clients to optimize contingent workforce processes.

Required Skills:

  • Strong understanding of contingent workforce management processes,
  • Integration experience with S/4HANA, SuccessFactors, or ECC,
  • Excellent documentation, problem-solving, and client interaction skills.
