SAP Project Lead

As a senior project management leader, you will oversee the full lifecycle of high-priority projects, ensuring timely delivery and quality. Your leadership skills will drive cross-functional teams to achieve project goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • End-to-End Project Management: Manage large-scale projects from initiation to closure, meeting scope and budget objectives.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with senior business leaders, clients, and cross-functional teams to define project goals, requirements, and deliverables.
  • Leadership & Team Coordination: Provide direction and leadership to project teams, ensuring team motivation, focus, and efficiency throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Risk Mitigation: Identify potential project risks and develop strategies to minimize disruption to the project scope, cost, or timeline.
Requirements:
  • 8-11 years of experience in managing complex projects in delivery and project management roles.
  • Expertise in SAP and strong proficiency in project management methodologies such as Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid approaches.
  • Leadership skills to manage cross-functional teams and ensure high performance and alignment with project goals.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
