Job Title: Senior SAP Ariba Sourcing Specialist

About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned expert in SAP Ariba sourcing to drive digital transformation and streamline procurement processes.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and supporting SAP Ariba Sourcing solutions to meet business objectives. They will work closely with stakeholders to ensure seamless integration and deliver value through strategic sourcing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement tailored SAP Ariba Sourcing strategies to align with business goals.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into system solutions, driving effective sourcing practices.
  • Support end-to-end sourcing processes, including RFx, auctions, contract management, and supplier collaboration.
  • Integrate SAP Ariba with SAP ERP/S4 HANA and other systems as required, ensuring seamless data exchange and improved visibility.
  • Provide functional expertise on sourcing workflows, templates, and approvals, streamlining processes and improving efficiency.
  • Conduct system testing, training, and user support, ensuring a smooth transition to new technologies.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Ariba Sourcing functionality, minimizing downtime and maximizing productivity.
  • Stay updated on SAP Ariba product enhancements and recommend best practices, driving innovation and excellence.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of SAP experience, with 3+ years in SAP Ariba Sourcing, delivering high-impact projects.
  • Hands-on experience with Ariba modules (Sourcing, Contracts, Supplier Management), driving strategic sourcing initiatives.
  • Strong knowledge of procurement and sourcing processes, with a focus on cost reduction and process improvement.
  • Experience with Ariba upstream solutions (Sourcing, Contract Management, SIPM), enhancing supplier relationships and reducing risk.
  • Familiarity with SAP ECC/S4 HANA integration, ensuring seamless data exchange and improved visibility.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with a proven track record of building strong relationships.
  • Ariba certification is highly desirable, demonstrating expertise and commitment to excellence.
