SAP Project Systems Specialist

Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled SAP Project Systems Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for implementing and managing SAP PS solutions to drive business growth and efficiency.

Responsibilities:
  • Configure and customize SAP PS module for project management, ensuring seamless integration with other SAP modules.
  • Develop strong knowledge on project scheduling, results analysis, and progress analysis, utilizing industry-leading methodologies and tools.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to integrate PS with SD, MM, FICO, HR, PM, and PP modules, driving business process improvement and innovation.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to develop functional specifications for technical requirements and participate in team environment, promoting open communication and collaboration.
Requirements:
  • 6 to 14 years of experience in SAP PS, DMS, CATS, WBS, cost planning, budgeting, project procurement, time sheets, project settlement, and project portfolio management.
  • Expertise in integration of PS with other SAP modules, ensuring smooth data exchange and business process alignment.
  • Strong problem-solving, troubleshooting skills along with sound judgment and decision-making skills, enabling effective issue resolution and strategic decision-making.
  • Good written and oral communication skills, facilitating effective collaboration and stakeholder engagement.
  • Bachelor or Master degree and willingness to travel, supporting business growth and expansion.
Preferred Skills:
  • Experience in SAP PPM is an advantage, enhancing project management capabilities and efficiency.
  • Knowledge on PS and DMS integration, streamlining business processes and improving data accuracy.
  • Experience with interfaces like MS Project & Primavera, enabling seamless data exchange and business process alignment.
  • Passionate about SAP and ready to learn and grow, embracing ongoing learning and professional development.
