Expert SAP Consultant Sought

We are seeking a skilled SAP consultant to join our global IT team.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in resolving incidents and change requests related to SuccessFactors sub-modules.

  • Resolve configuration changes, integration issues, and other technical problems for clients worldwide.
  • Develop detailed documentation for configurations and business processes, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  • Provide support during critical tasks such as uploads of MDF objects and form template changes.
  • Utilize SAP HCM ECC knowledge in OM, PA, Time & Payroll modules to drive success.

Key Requirements:

  • Implementation or support experience in at least 2-3 SuccessFactors modules, including Recruitment (RCM/RMK), Onboarding (ONB), Employee Central (EC), Time Management, Payroll, Learning Management System (LMS), Performance and Goals Management (PMGM), and Compensation.
  • Experience with SuccessFactors Employee Central and integrations with other systems, such as SAP and third-party applications.
  • Basic knowledge of SAP HCM – Time Management and Payroll in various countries, including India, US, Canada, Germany, Belgium, and Poland.
  • Ability to coordinate with technical teams for custom requirements and deliver work packages on time.
  • At least 4 years of relevant work experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Diploma, graduate, or postgraduate degree from a recognized university.

  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
