As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in the end-to-end purchasing process. This position is part of a collaborative Purchasing SQD team, working closely with Global and Regional Procurement organizations on purchasing activities.
Responsibilities:- Support the global procurement CAPEX team in PR creation, PO coordination, coordinating deliveries, and assisting with project budgeting
- Handle centralized Ariba SLM, vendor requests, processing, review, and approval
- Process P2P escalations, resolve invoice issues, and assist with contract administration
- Participate in selection, qualification, negotiation, and contracting with suppliers within the category
- Support regional procurement teams with master data maintenance and ensure adherence to KPIs set by Global Sourcing
- Preferably an engineering graduate or relevant business degree
- 5-6 years of experience in supply chain and procurement functions
- Experience with selection, qualification, negotiation, and contracting with suppliers is preferred
- Strong experience in negotiating with global suppliers is highly preferred
- Experience in SAP or Ariba P2P process is preferred
