JD Implementation Experience of Ariba Strategic Sourcing Sourcing Contracts and Commerce Automation and includes Catalogs used only as APC Ariba Procurement content where PR is created in SAP ECC and catalogs are managed in Ariba Provide frequent training to Buyers on Ariba process lifecycle and training to Suppliers on Ariba usage both in Ariba Sourcing as well as Ariba Supplier network Below are detailed activities for the position 1 Sourcing Implementation a Knowledge of Ariba activities such as Creating Sourcing Projects Sourcing Events - RFP Auctions b User management Creation of new users adding new roles password reset c Guide Suppliers on using Ariba sourcing to login and submit RFP response d Deep Knowledge of RFP and Auction template creations e Knowledge on Ariba data collection templates f Creating custom reports in Ariba g Understanding sourcing approval flow h Understanding sourcing implementation cycle and customer requirement gatherings i Create SR s in Ariba connect for new issues j Monitoring of PR creation and RFQ creation in SAP ECC k Conduct trainings to new members2 Contracts a Support buyers in Creating Contracts and completing all contract tasks b Deep knowledge in contracts template creations and modifications c Approval flow changes d Managing Clause library e Conduct trainings to new members3 Supplier Lifecycle and Performance a Support buyers in creation of Supplier request Registration Qualification b Guide Suppliers to login and submit response to questionnaire c Handle approval flow modification requests4 Commerce Automation a Support Suppliers on adhoc emails and calls for issues in using Ariba supplier network b Provide regular training to Suppliers on submitting PO confirmations Creating Advance shipment notice ASN Create Service Entry Sheet SES Submit Invoice on Ariba Supplier network c Retriggering PO message output in SAP ECC d Guide buyers to Resend failed PO s in Ariba Buyer network e Research on issues related to exchange of messages between Ariba and SAP 5 Catalogs a Prepare files and Upload New catalogs in Ariba system b Add items to existing catalogs Catalog CMS c Update keywords as per user requirements d Conduct training on Catalog PR creation in SAP ECC Experience 5 Years Location Chennai Hyderabad
