Job Responsibilities:

  2. Develop and implement effective procurement systems and processes to deliver greater efficiency.">
  3. Lead a team of professionals in procuring products based on indents or development requirements, ensuring the right price, quality, and quantity.">
  4. Prepare and submit reports as required to management, highlighting key metrics and performance indicators.">

Main Roles and Responsibilities:

  1. ">
  2. Analyzing data and market trends to identify changes in buyer-supplier power and act accordingly.">
  3. Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to develop strategies that ensure cost savings and supplier performance targets are met.">
  4. Managing supplier and service provider agreements and contracts, drafting contract terms and negotiating with internal and external leaders.">
  5. Focused on material replenishing systems and improvements to ensure smooth supplies to production in the shortest possible lead-time with optimized inventory.">
  6. Presents functional metrics and performance to management through effective presentations, clear communication methods.">
  7. Manage supply base performance with periodic performance evaluations, supplier audits, coordinating with the Quality department and suppliers.">
  8. Schedule uninterrupted supplies of materials to prevent production losses.">
  9. Ensure best prices through effective pricing strategies and present comparative statements in detail.">
  10. Negotiate the best payment terms and contract conditions while maintaining high integrity.">
  11. Provides identical information for quotation to all potential suppliers giving equal opportunities to meet desired requirements.">
  12. Ensure purchase orders are approved according to DoA.">
  13. Resolve vendor grievances professionally within the given timeframe.">
  14. Maintain correct costing by updating cost sheets and price lists in ERP along with document compliance as required.">
  15. Evaluate cost savings and supplier performance targets are met or exceeded.">
  16. Follow Purchasing Ethics and Code of Conduct.">
