Job Overview

  We are seeking an experienced and proactive finance leader to oversee the finance operations of our entity in Agra, India. This role provides high visibility and ownership across financial reporting, compliance, ERP implementation, and alignment with regional leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Financial Reporting: Ensure timely completion of financial reports, including monthly, quarterly, and annual reports for management and regional teams.
  • ERP Implementation and Optimization: Oversee the integration and ongoing optimization of ERP systems to improve financial efficiency and accuracy.
  • Compliance Management: Ensure compliance with Indian regulations and group standards for statutory audits, tax returns, and financial reports.
  • Budgeting and Forecasting: Drive budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis to support business decision-making.
  • Cash Flow Management: Monitor cash flow, working capital, and financial efficiency across the entity.
  • Stakeholder Management: Manage relationships with auditors, tax consultants, and financial institutions.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CA, ACCA, or CPA required.
  • Experience: 6–9 years of finance experience, with proven ability to manage reporting, compliance, and ERP projects; prior team supervision a plus.
  • Skills: Strong working knowledge of IFRS, Indian tax laws, and ERP systems.
