The role of a Project Manager is pivotal in ensuring the successful execution of projects from inception to final delivery.

This position requires effective multitasking as you will be responsible for managing multiple projects concurrently, ensuring seamless coordination and timely completion.

  • Assume full ownership of projects, starting from the initial pitching stage and navigating through each phase until project delivery.
  • Successfully handle and coordinate multiple projects simultaneously, demonstrating efficient project management skills.
  • Implement strategies that align with project goals and objectives.
  • Oversee work execution, manage sites and vendors to ensure optimal project outcomes.
  • Establish a strong network of vendors to support project requirements.
  • Demonstrate instinctive leadership qualities to effectively manage teams, fostering collaboration and achieving project milestones.
  • Interact seamlessly with clients and stakeholders, ensuring clarity and professionalism in all interactions.

The ideal candidate should possess relevant experience in managing corporate/workplace interior fit-out projects and hold a degree in Engineering or Architecture. A Master's Degree in Construction Management/Project Management is preferred. They should also demonstrate knowledge of individual trades and subcontractors relevant to interior fit-outs and showcase tech-savviness with a successful track record of adopting digital initiatives.

They must be able to thrive in a fast-paced environment without compromising quality and customer satisfaction and work well under pressure, demonstrating the capability to operate independently with minimal supervision. Inter city and traveling to different states are required as part of this role.
