We are seeking a skilled project leader to join our team in Palakkad, India. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing various projects from inception to completion.

This is a key role that requires strong project management skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work with multiple stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing commercial projects, preferably in a D&B or coworking space background.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Reviewing all drawings and BOQs for projects and taking ownership of the same
  • Reviewing and planning project milestones, procurement plans, and presenting them to the business team
  • Ensuring quality installation at each stage of construction and adhering to specified makes and models
  • Coordinating with consultants, architects, and vendors from initial stages to final handover to clients
  • Providing constructability reviews and recommending mitigation measures during pre-construction and construction stages
  • Managing multiple projects simultaneously and ensuring timely delivery

Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • Good working knowledge of commercial projects and aptitude in client-centric operations
  • Strong background in team management
  • Excellent research skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to juggle multiple projects with accuracy

Benefits:

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 02-04 years of experience in the workspace fit-out industry. Preferably from a D&B or coworking space background.
