We are currently seeking a seasoned Jira expert to manage multiple projects and release trains in Jira. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, hands-on experience in setting up workflows, standards, and integrations, as well as supporting teams working in a Scaled Agile (SAFe) environment.

The successful Jira administrator will be responsible for administering and optimizing Jira/Confluence environments, defining standards, workflows, dashboards, and reports across projects, and providing coaching, training, and support for stakeholders and leadership.

Responsibilities

  • Administer and optimize Jira/Confluence platforms.
  • Define and maintain Jira workflows, standards, and integrations.
  • Support Agile Release Trains and Scrum of Scrums, including PI Planning boards.
  • Integrate Jira with tools like GitHub, Bitbucket, Jenkins, and CI/CD pipelines.

Requirements

  • 4–7 years of Jira Administration experience.

Required Skills

  • Strong knowledge of Jira customization and automation.
  • Experience supporting Scaled Agile/SAFe programs.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and multitasking skills.
  • Familiarity with APIs, scripting, and integrations.
