We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to drive business growth by achieving sales targets and acquiring new customers through consultative selling of our credit card products.
Main Responsibilities:
- To manage and lead a high-performing team to achieve sales targets, execute sales activities, leads, campaigns, referrals, and self-generated leads in timely manner.
- Hire, train, and develop skills of team members to enhance their performance and contribute to overall business success.
- Analyze sales performance, track pipeline, acquisition results, market conditions, and MIS analysis of sourcing to identify areas for improvement.
