Job Opportunity: Senior Associate Credit

Overview:

The position of Senior Associate Credit is a key role in our organization, responsible for credit and deal execution. We seek an experienced professional with 7-8 years of relevant credit experience to support underwriting, credit analysis, and transaction execution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Draft clear, accurate, and comprehensive credit memos for transactions.
  • Prepare, review, and analyze loan term sheets.
  • Conduct financial and credit analysis to support underwriting decisions.
  • Assist in identifying and assessing risks, and provide recommendations to mitigate them.
  • Collaborate with the lending team to ensure timely and efficient deal execution.
  • Maintain high attention to detail while working across multiple transactions simultaneously.

Requirements & Qualifications:

  • 3–7 years of credit analysis / underwriting experience with financial institutions, lenders, or investment managers.
  • Candidates with prior experience in investor relations will be preferred.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a solid foundation in credit fundamentals.
  • Excellent writing skills and ability to prepare professional reports and memos.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other financial analysis tools.
  • Exposure to real estate debt is highly preferred. Good in Financial Modeling.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with global teams.

Work Arrangements:

  • Work Environment: Fully remote, based in India.
  • Work Schedule: Must align with US Eastern Standard Time (EST) working hours.
