Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Credit Card Sales professional to join our team in Surat, India.

As a Credit Card Sales professional, you will be responsible for managing a 50-member team, driving business growth, achieving monthly sales targets, and acquiring new customers through consultative selling of our card products through a defined channel of acquisition.

This includes timely execution of all sales activities, leads, campaigns, referrals, and self-generated leads. You will also be responsible for hiring, training, and managing a high-performing team to achieve the target.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a 50-member team to drive business growth and achieve monthly sales targets.
  • Acquire new customers through consultative selling of our card products.
  • Execute sales activities, leads, campaigns, referrals, and self-generated leads on time.
  • Hire, train, and manage a high-performing team to achieve the target.
  • Track and report sales performance, including pipeline, acquisition results, and market conditions.
  • Build relationships with channel partners to deliver a positive customer experience.
  • Ensure that appropriate sales processes are followed and adhere to the highest levels of controls and compliance.
