About This Role

We are seeking a skilled and experienced professional to fill the position of Store Operations Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our stores, ensuring they are running efficiently and effectively.

Main Responsibilities
  • Conversion and Growth: Oversee the conversion of new stores into our franchise network, working closely with sales teams to identify top dealers and develop strategies for growth.
  • Retail Excellence: Evaluate Retail Excellence Scores (RES) and implement plans to drive improvement. Track key parameters such as store hygiene, visibility, customer feedback capture, and POS billing adherence.
  • Marketing and Sales: Support delivery of all marketing, visual merchandising campaigns, and focused product sales. Monitor the effectiveness of visual merchandising arrangements and recommend changes.
  • Launch and Upgrade Planning: Coordinate store launch plans and monitor opening processes to ensure smooth operations.
  • Performance Monitoring: Monitor business performance of franchise stores, driving measures to improve underperforming stores and track ROI through close watch on sales and cost implications.
