Role Overview

  • Manage the operation and maintenance of water treatment units, ensuring efficient water recovery.
  • Optimize performance to meet desired quality parameters.
  • Ensure regulatory compliance and company standards for water treatment.

Responsibilities

  1. Condensate Processing Unit (CPU) Management: Manage CPU operations, optimize performance, ensure regulatory compliance.
  2. Water Treatment Plant (WTP) Operations: Supervise daily WTP operations, ensure adequate water supply, proper treatment and distribution.
  3. Environmental Management & Compliance: Implement and monitor environmental management systems, ensure regulatory compliance.

Key Requirements

  • Educational Qualification: B.E./B.Tech in Chemical Engineering / Environmental Engineering / Mechanical Engineering or M.Sc. in Environmental Science.
  • Experience: 5-8 years of experience in water treatment, effluent treatment, and environmental management.
  • Technical Skills:
  • Knowledge of Condensate Polishing Unit (CPU), Reverse Osmosis (RO), Ultra Filtration (UF), and Effluent Treatment Plant (ETP).

Competencies

  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent leadership and team management abilities.
  • Proficiency in SCADA/DCS systems for process monitoring.
