About this Role

  • We are looking for an experienced Environmental Manager to lead our team in optimizing condensate processing and water treatment operations. As Assistant Manager – Environment, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operation of our Condensate Processing Unit (CPU) and Water Treatment Plant (WTP), ensuring efficient water recovery and quality parameters.
  • Key Responsibilities include:
    • Managing CPU operations to optimize performance and meet desired quality parameters
    • Maintaining and calibrating equipment such as pumps, filters, and dosing systems
    • Troubleshooting technical issues related to water treatment
    • Ensuring adherence to environmental and safety standards in water treatment operations
  • You will also oversee Effluent Treatment Plant (ETP) operations, ensuring proper treatment of industrial effluents, and monitor key parameters to achieve Zero Liquid Discharge (ZLD) as per regulatory requirements.
  • A successful candidate will have a strong background in chemical engineering, environmental management, or a related field, with 5-8 years of experience in water treatment, effluent treatment, and environmental management.
  • Required skills include knowledge of CPU, Reverse Osmosis (RO), Ultra Filtration (UF), and ETP, familiarity with MPCB norms and CPCB guidelines, and experience in handling audits and regulatory compliance processes.
  • If you possess strong problem-solving and analytical skills, excellent leadership and team management abilities, proficiency in SCADA/DCS systems, and good communication and coordination skills, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
