Lead Business Developer

Sourcing working capital loan facilities to various industries is a key responsibility of this position. Key objectives include:
- Securing new customers and maintaining consistent month-on-month disbursement with ticket sizes ranging from Rs 2 crore to Rs 25 crore.
- Establishing connections with external professionals, such as accountants, financial consultants, and bank officials, to source business on a daily basis.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including trade finance, CMS, operations, treasury, legal, and branch banking, to provide seamless customer service.
- Closely working with the credit team to manage client expectations and ensure effective risk management.
Requirements for Success
Applicants should possess post-graduate qualifications in Banking and Finance, preferably with majors in Marketing and Finance. Strong oral and written communication skills, along with excellent relationship management abilities, are also essential. Additionally, applicants must be able to work extensively in the field and hold a valid driving license.
Preferred Qualifications
A minimum of experience as an HDFC BBG RM of grade E2 and E3 would be beneficial.
