Talent Acquisition Professional Role: We are seeking a skilled Talent Acquisition Specialist to identify, attract, and hire top-tier talent. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing comprehensive recruitment strategies to source high-calibre candidates who possess the right skills, experience, and cultural fit.
Collaborating closely with hiring managers and team leads, you will understand their resource needs and develop effective recruitment strategies to maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future openings.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement innovative recruitment plans to engage candidates and ensure alignment with our company culture.
- Review resumes and applications, conducting initial screenings to assess candidates' qualifications and alignment with job requirements.
- Cultivate strong relationships with candidates to provide a positive and engaging candidate experience.
- Contribute to creating an attractive employer brand by crafting compelling job descriptions that convey our unique culture and values.
Qualifications: Proven experience in talent acquisition or recruiting, preferably within the digital marketing industry. Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts and terminology.
Requirements: Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and internal stakeholders. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
