We are seeking a seasoned Product Engineering Leader to spearhead the development of scalable B2B/B2E products.

  • Develop data-driven and workflow-based products across multiple clouds (AWS/Azure/Google).
  • Lead engineering teams to create Enterprise-grade products that scale on demand and are secure.
  • Conceptualize products, architect/design, and deliver them to customers efficiently.
  • Build highly scalable and performant products using creative thinking and technical solutions.
  • Present product visions and architectures to various audiences, aligning with business priorities.
  • Discuss technology-centric solutions with customers, understand their requirements, and provide tailored solutions.
  • Collaborate with key partners, including Product managers, owners, business, and engineering teams, to identify and define complex business and technical solutions.
  • A strong background in Life sciences/Commercial/Incentive Compensation is an added asset.

About You:

  • You have 15+ years of IT experience.
  • 7+ years of product development and core engineering experience.
  • A degree in computer science from a top-tier institution.

Technical Expertise:

  • Proficiency in React JS, Python, PySpark, Snowflake, Postgres, AWS/Azure/Google Cloud, Docker, EKS.
  • Familiarity with Java/JEE/.Net Technologies is also valuable with a strong product engineering background.
