Your role will be both analyst and strategist, operator and project driver. You'll help us understand what's working, what's not, and where we go next.
Key Responsibilities:
- Data Analysis: Lead business data analysis across sales, marketing, and operations. Build dashboards to track website-to-sales conversions, pipeline velocity, and marketing ROI.
- Strategy and Execution: Conduct ongoing market research, build mini-strategies for growth experiments, and prepare concise reports for leadership decision-making.
- Sales Enablement & Operations: Own CRM automations, manage sales reporting & dashboards, and support sales enablement by preparing pitch materials and data-backed insights.
- Project Management: Act as the program manager for strategic initiatives, create project plans, and drive accountability across stakeholders.
