We are seeking an experienced professional to fill a CRM Executive position. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be proficient in English and Hindi languages, and have a proven track record of success in customer-facing roles.
- Candidate will be responsible for interacting with existing customers via phone calls, emails, and other digital platforms to collect timely payments and resolve any outstanding issues.
- Strong negotiation skills and ability to manage stress while meeting targets are essential for this role.
- The successful candidate will also be responsible for updating account status records, processing payments and refunds, and reporting on collection activity.

Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you must have:
- A proven track record of experience as a CRM Sr. Executive, Customer Success or Collection Specialist or Business Development role
- Knowledge of billing procedures and collection techniques
- Working knowledge of MS Office and databases
- Patience and ability to manage stress
- Excellent communication skills (written and oral)
- Skilled in negotiation
- Problem-solving skills
- Bachelor's degree
