We are seeking a talented and experienced recruitment professional to join our team in the role of Senior Talent Specialist. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about finding and attracting top talent and has a proven track record of success in sourcing, evaluating and placing highly skilled technical professionals.

This senior-level position will play a key role in building our future workforce by providing leadership in mentoring and training junior team members in recruiting best practices. As a Senior Talent Specialist, you will be responsible for the full recruitment cycle and fulfillment of assigned requisitions, including sourcing, interviewing, evaluating and placing candidates on a contract or permanent basis.

  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to identify and attract top talent in the technology industry
    • Sources, interviews, evaluates and places highly skilled technical professionals on a contract or permanent basis across a wide array of technology verticals
    • Utilize various creative sourcing techniques including web search and social networking opportunities to identify potential candidates
    • Construct Boolean search strings to expedite focused candidate/client discovery
    • Evaluate candidate qualifications against job requirements to determine overall fit
    • Build strong working relationships with management, peers and prospective candidates
    • Manage and update internal ATS with accuracy and integrity
    • Proactively network with user groups and potential talent by maintaining ongoing relationships
    • Display technical knowledge and ability to understand technology and keep abreast of technology trends
    • Anticipate business priorities and how business needs will impact staffing plans long-term
    • Cultivate and maintain relationships with existing clients and vendors to drive growth and expansion
    • Coach junior team members on crucial technical recruitment principles

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, stakeholder management, creativity, problem-solving skills, analytical thinking, and strategic planning abilities. A strong understanding of the technology industry, its trends and challenges is also essential. Experience in total talent solutions is preferred but not required.
