Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Vadodara/Mumbai for a Talent Acquisition Specialist. The Talent Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for full-life cycle recruiting, which includes everything from identifying potential hires to onboarding. Day-to-day tasks include developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies, conducting interviews, overseeing hiring processes, and working on employer branding initiatives. They will ensure the company attracts top talent and fulfills staffing needs efficiently and effectively.
Qualifications
- Skills in Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Recruiting
- Skills in Microsoft (excel, powerpoint,Outlook,word)
- Experience in Hiring and Interviewing
- Knowledge in Employer Branding
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Relevant experience in talent acquisition, preferably within a manufacturing or packaging industry
- MBA - HR (Mandatory).
- Hands on experience with online portals:- naukri, linkedIn.
- Experience in International Recruitment would be an additional advantage
Preferred candidate profile :- Exposure in International Hiring
