Key Account Manager

We are looking for a Key Account Manager to join our team.

  • Build, retain and grow key IT services/staffing accounts.
  • Be the single point of contact for clients and ensure timely delivery with sales and recruitment teams.
  • Drive revenue growth by owning key accounts and ensuring SLA adherence and quality.

Requirements:

  • 1–5 years experience in client relationship/account management or business development in IT services/consulting or IT staffing.
  • Proven revenue growth outcomes and strong stakeholder management skills.
  • Contract management, negotiation and billing/invoicing experience.
  • Working knowledge of SDLC/agile and IT hiring cycles.

Nice to have:

  • Experience with MSP/VMS systems, rate cards and compliance/SLA governance.
  • Prior recruitment operations experience (ATS, submittal quality).
