  • Scheduling skill enhancement workshops
  • Explaining design requirements to builders, electricians, and technicians
  • Communicating project status to clients
  • Preparing building models and structure plans
  • Conducting mockup sessions
  • Guiding construction projects from start to finish
  • Presentation of project briefs to clients
  • Understanding client requirements and environmental impacts
  • Creating blueprints and making alterations based on client feedback
  • Developing projects within specified budget and timeline
  • Undertaking regular site visits and inspections
  • Development and interpretation of structural designs
  • Project control to ensure high quality, innovative design
  • Demonstrating creativity, foresight, and architectural judgment
  • Production of construction documents using Revit
  • Understanding of construction assemblies and best practices
  • Active coordination of design and equipment
  • Researching and selecting building products
  • Participation in project meetings and documentation of discussions
  • Active participation in quality assurance review sessions
  • Compilation of documentation for Authorities Having Jurisdiction
  • Management of project through Construction Administration phase
  • Travel to visit project sites
  • Staying informed of new systems, methods, and sustainable practices
  • Supporting strategic goals of the firm
  • Self-motivated with good listening skills and strong follow-through
  • Excellent graphic, communication, organisational, and collaborative skills
