As a UX/UI designer, you will work on complex interaction models for AI-driven tools—balancing data clarity, human-centered design, and regulatory needs.

About the Role

This role involves hands-on work and growth opportunities for a UX/UI Designer who wants to make a real difference.

  • Design user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI for intelligent financial interfaces—ranging from mobile apps to conversational agents.
  • Collaborate with AI researchers, product managers, and engineers to create experiences that balance automation with user control.
  • Design for transparency, trust, and explainability—ensuring AI behaviors are intuitive and user-friendly.
  • Support user research and usability testing efforts with insights that directly inform design iteration.
  • Contribute to and help evolve our internal design system to reflect the unique needs of agentic AI interfaces.
Requirements
  • 5–8 years of UX/UI design experience with at least some exposure to fintech, SaaS, or data-heavy tools.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing user-first design thinking, clean UI design, and interest in complex interaction design.
  • Proficiency in tools like Figma (preferred), Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.
  • Foundational understanding of human-computer interaction (HCI), with interest in human-AI interaction.

Bonus points for experience designing for fintech platforms, banking interfaces, or investment tools.
