Key Responsibilities:- Lead strategy and execution for Growth, aligning with Product and Marketing teams to deliver GTM plans for all business markets.
- Cross-company collaboration including experience working with product and revenue operations leaders.
- Strong understanding of product enhancements and procedures to create a do-anything environment.
- Creating and implementing marketing plans in line with overall business objectives.
- Using data and analytics for decision-making and measuring marketing effectiveness.
- 3-6 years of prior experience in a similar role with a solid track record of scaling up from scratch.
- Strong experience in Growth Hacking, Product Marketing, and demand generation & customer acquisition funnel management.
- Good knowledge of Campaign Management Tools and Web Analytics Tools.
- Highly goal-driven and work well in fast-paced environments.
- Strong analytical skills and excellent communication & interpersonal skills.
- Adept at building relationships and liaising with multiple stakeholders.
