- Expertise in developing and administering training programs and managing employee benefits.
- High ethical standards and ability to maintain confidentiality in managing sensitive employee information.
- Experience in developing HR policies and programs.
- Strong analytical skills to compile, analyze, and interpret HR data.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to build strong working relationships with managers and teams.
