Main Responsibilities:

  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.
  • Develop and manage compensation strategies that foster talent retention and competitive salary structures.
  • Design and administer training programs that promote employee development.
  • Manage employee benefits to enhance satisfaction and engagement.
  • Uphold strict confidentiality and ethical standards in handling sensitive employee information.
  • Analyze HR data and generate reports that inform strategic decisions for workforce planning and management.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in managing the full employee lifecycle.
  • Strong knowledge of statutory compliance, employment laws, and compensation management strategies.
  • Expertise in developing and administering training programs and managing employee benefits.
  • High ethical standards and ability to maintain confidentiality in managing sensitive employee information.
  • Experience in developing HR policies and programs.
  • Strong analytical skills to compile, analyze, and interpret HR data.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to build strong working relationships with managers and teams.
  • Leadership and team management experience.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead change management initiatives.
