Job Description

The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in driving the development, maintenance, and enhancement of our enterprise cloud platform. This individual will collaborate closely with experienced engineers, Cloud Operations, Security, Compliance, and other key partners to ensure seamless software development processes.

Key responsibilities include designing and engineering scalable and reliable software systems, defining and implementing best practices in coding with support of AI, leading the deployment, monitoring, and maintenance of platforms, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

This role offers an opportunity to gain hands-on experience with a variety of DevSecOps tools and application and platform technologies, helping to build and maintain continuous integration and delivery pipelines, infrastructure as code, and automated deployment processes.

  • Design and engineer scalable and reliable software systems
  • Define and implement best practices in coding with support of AI
  • Lead the deployment, monitoring, and maintenance of platforms
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (developers, operations, QA, etc.)
  • Communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
Required Skills and Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have a foundational understanding of application and platform engineering concepts, practices, and tools. They should possess excellent communication skills, be able to work collaboratively in a team environment, and have a strong problem-solving ability.

Preferred qualifications include experience with cloud infrastructure and services (e.g. AWS, Azure, Google Cloud), knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, and familiarity with emerging technologies and industry trends.
