Job Opportunity
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented professional to support resident faculty and visiting faculty in their daily administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will assist in ensuring a seamless experience for both groups during PGP teaching.
Key Responsibilities
- Handling administrative activities within the department to facilitate smooth functioning and enable a good experience for visiting and resident faculty.
- Arranging travel and stay arrangements at Hyderabad and Mohali campuses for visiting and resident faculty.
- Ensuring final honorarium payment for visiting faculty as part of responsibilities.
Ideal Candidate
The successful candidate will possess excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and effective communication abilities. Experience working in a fast-paced environment with multiple stakeholders is highly desirable.
