Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and industry trends analysis to gather insights and identify opportunities within the HR tech space.
  • Assist the founders in developing and refining the company's strategic plans, vision, and goals. Contribute to the formulation of business strategies, market entry strategies, and growth plans.
  • Support operational activities and contribute to process improvement initiatives. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize business processes, enhance efficiency, and drive continuous improvement.
  • Gather and analyze data related to business performance, customer metrics, and market trends. Prepare reports, presentations, and dashboards to communicate insights and support decision-making processes.
  • Support the founders in managing relationships with key stakeholders, including partners, and customers. Assist in preparing presentations, conducting research, and coordinating meetings.
  • Contribute to business development activities by assisting in identifying potential partnerships, conducting market research on target companies, and preparing materials for strategic partnership initiatives.
