Drive Revenue and Growth as Chief Growth Officer for HR Tech SaaS

We are seeking an exceptional hands-on marketing leader to drive revenue and growth as our Chief Growth Officer. This role will be instrumental in building and executing strategic marketing programs that fuel our growth, align with sales objectives, and position us as a leader in the HR technology space.

About the Role:

This is a high-impact initiative with visibility at the executive level. As our Chief Growth Officer, you will lead a high-performing marketing team, fostering a culture of creativity and accountability. You will work closely with our product, customer success, and sales teams to ensure marketing supports company-wide goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Demand Generation and Growth Marketing
    • Develop and execute a comprehensive demand generation strategy to drive pipeline growth and revenue.
    • Design and optimize multi-channel campaigns (email, paid media, social, SEO, webinars, events) to attract and convert qualified leads.
    • Leverage data analytics to identify high-performing channels and double down on ROI-positive initiatives.
  • Brand Strategy and Positioning
    • Define and communicate a clear brand identity, ensuring consistency across all customer touchpoints.
    • Position us as a thought leader in HR tech by creating compelling messaging that addresses target audience pain points.
  • Content and Inbound Marketing
    • Oversee the creation of high-value content, including whitepapers, blogs, case studies, eBooks, and videos.
    • Drive inbound marketing strategies to capture leads and nurture them through the sales funnel.
  • Sales Enablement and Collaboration
    • Partner with our sales team to align marketing initiatives with sales goals and improve lead conversion rates.
    • Develop and provide sales enablement materials, such as pitch decks, one-pagers, and competitor analysis.
  • Analytics and Performance Tracking
    • Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and regularly report on campaign performance, pipeline contribution, and ROI.
    • Use analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot, Salesforce) to monitor customer journeys and improve marketing strategies.
  • Team Leadership and Cross-Functional Collaboration
    • Build and lead a high-performing marketing team, fostering a culture of creativity and accountability.
    • Collaborate with our product, customer success, and sales teams to ensure marketing supports company-wide goals.
Qualifications:

We are looking for an experienced and results-oriented marketing leader with a proven track record of driving pipeline growth and marketing-sourced revenue. The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of experience in B2B SaaS marketing, with at least 3 years leading demand generation efforts. They will also have expertise in modern marketing tools and platforms, a strong understanding of ABM, inbound marketing, and outbound strategies, and a data-driven mindset with proficiency in analytics and performance tracking.
