Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Regional CASA Lead to join our Consumer Banking Group. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing a team of CASA & CEP Personal Bankers in the region, driving business growth, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and manage a high-performing team of CASA & CEP Personal Bankers to achieve business objectives.
  • Develop and execute strategies to acquire new CASA accounts, build balances, and cross-sell banking products.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to leverage existing relationships and drive business growth.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities for business expansion.
  • Develop and implement training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of team members.

Requirements

  • Graduate or post-graduate degree.
  • 4-5 years of relevant experience in banking or a related field.
  • Proven track record of leadership and team management.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong business acumen and analytical skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • IRDA and AMFI certification.
  • Experience in the consumer banking industry.
  • Strong knowledge of local market trends and consumer behavior.
