This is a full-time remote role for a Business Development Professional, responsible for cultivating and nurturing strategic relationships with clients.
The primary objective of this position is to address customer inquiries, provide exceptional service, and facilitate effective communication between the company and its clients.
- Main Responsibilities:
- Client Engagement: Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients through regular interaction.
- Financial Analysis: Review and analyze financial documents to identify potential business opportunities.
- Customer Service Follow-up: Ensure timely follow-up with customers to resolve any issues or concerns.
- Sales Strategy Coordination: Collaborate with the finance team to coordinate sales strategies and efforts.

- Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills.
