      As a professional responsible for driving growth and talent development, you will play a pivotal role in spearheading the recruitment, onboarding, and management of a high-performing team.

      This role requires strong leadership skills, with a focus on building partnerships with schools, associations, and key influencers to drive successful program adoption.

      Your key responsibilities will include recruiting and building teams, driving state-wise recruitment and certification targets, and training, motivating, and mentoring mobilizers to maximize outreach and effectiveness.

      Additionally, you will be responsible for monitoring mobilizer performance, maintaining recruitment pipelines, and sharing regular reports with leadership.

      To excel in this role, you should have a graduate degree in any discipline, 5-7 years of experience in target-driven recruitment or field sales, excellent communication skills, and comfort with MS Office, CRM platforms, and AI tools.
