Project Coordination Specialist

The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the planning, coordination, and implementation of projects within defined timelines, budgets, and scopes. They will also effectively monitor and present project updates to relevant stakeholders, clients, or project team members.

Responsibilities:

  • Establish project timelines and milestones
  • Monitor project deliverables and ensure adherence to quality standards
  • Keep relevant stakeholders informed about project progress through regular updates
  • Provide guidance and support to project team members on assigned tasks
  • Maintain accurate documentation of project activities
  • Lead and manage all MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) activities across projects
  • Collaborate with architects, structural engineers, and contractors to ensure seamless integration
  • Ensure compliance with local and international building codes and safety regulations
  • Oversee procurement, vendor management, and contract negotiations for MEP services
  • Conduct site inspections and quality audits to ensure adherence to design and safety standards
  • Presentation of project updates to stakeholders and senior management
  • Implementation of energy-efficient and sustainable MEP solutions
  • Management of project documentation, reporting, and risk mitigation strategies

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or a related field
  • 8-10 years of experience in MEP project management
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and project management tools
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Familiarity with green building practices and energy codes is an asset
