We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented BIM Project Specialist to assist our project teams in delivering high-quality building information models. As a BIM Project Specialist, you will play a key role in ensuring that our projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting project teams in adhering to our BIM Implementation Plan (BIP), including model submittal schedules and updates of models to reflect as-built conditions for submittal.
  • Delivering client BIM requirements for Architectural and Structural services.
  • Performing QA/QC on Autodesk Revit models.
  • Preparing drawing packages.
  • Developing and implementing BIM processes such as 5D/4D.
  • Managing 3D models, reviewing model quality, and technical content, including clash detection and compliance with the BIM Execution Plan.
  • Analyzing models provided by Architects, Engineers, subcontractors, and consultants to identify coordination and constructability issues.
  • Creating parametric and non-parametric families.
  • Participating in Scan to BIM & PDF to CAD projects.
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Strong knowledge of Autodesk Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks, Dynamo, and Recap.
  • Experience in BIM implementation and management.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Highly organized and able to prioritize tasks effectively.
