We are seeking a skilled Public Health BIM Modeler to join our team at CommandTech CAD IT Pvt Ltd. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for creating and managing detailed BIM models for public health projects.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2-4 years' experience in engineering with a Diploma/ Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
  • Expertise in using Revit & Navisworks.
  • Strong understanding of public health facility regulations and standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • BIM Development: Create detailed BIM models for public health projects ensuring adherence to project specifications and industry standards.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to integrate various components into a cohesive model.
  • Model Coordination: Ensure model coordination and clash detection to identify and resolve potential conflicts before construction begins.
  • Standards Compliance: Ensure that all BIM models comply with relevant standards, guidelines, and protocols.

Additional Requirements:

  • Decent knowledge about Drainage, Water Supply, Storm Water & Fire Protection Services.
  • BASIC design knowledge regarding PHE & Fire Protection Services is an added advantage.

Working Knowledge:

  • Project Management: Oversee BIM workflows and processes, manage project deadlines, and ensure timely delivery of BIM deliverables.
  • Quality Assurance: Conduct regular quality checks on models to ensure accuracy, completeness, and consistency.
