Project Coordination Specialist

Our organization is seeking an exceptional Project Coordination Specialist to oversee the successful execution of various projects. This dynamic role requires strong multitasking skills as you will be responsible for coordinating multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring seamless integration and timely completion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • End-to-End Project Oversight:
    • Assume full ownership of projects from initial conceptualization to final delivery.

Comprehensive Project Planning:

Demonstrate proficiency in project planning and coordination, implementing strategies that align with project goals and objectives.

Vendor Network Development:

Establish and maintain a network of vendors to support project requirements.

Leadership and Communication Excellence:

Demonstrate instinctive leadership qualities to effectively manage the team, fostering collaboration and achieving project milestones.

Exhibit strong communication skills to interact seamlessly with clients and stakeholders, ensuring clarity and professionalism in all interactions.

Job Requirements:

  • Project Coordination Expertise:
    • Possess relevant experience in effectively coordinating corporate/workplace interior fit-out projects.
  • Educational Background:
    • Graduation Degree in Engineering or Architecture.
    • Masters Degree in Construction Management/Project Management would be given preference.
  • Trades and Subcontractor Knowledge:
    • Demonstrate knowledge of individual trades and subcontractors relevant to interior fit-outs.
  • Technological Proficiency:
    • Showcase tech-savviness with a successful track record of adopting digital and technology initiatives.
  • Adaptability in a Fast-Paced Environment:
    • Exhibit the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment without compromising quality and customer satisfaction.
  • Pressure Handling and Independence:
    • Work well under pressure and demonstrate the capability to operate independently with minimal supervision.

Note:

This role involves inter-city travel and deployment on project basis.
