Job Title

We're seeking a Project Coordinator who is structured, proactive, and solution-oriented to lead strategic and operational projects within our production unit.

This role requires an entrepreneurial mindset, strong analytical skills, and experience in project management. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating projects from planning to execution, ensuring on-time delivery, high quality, and clear communication with our team.

The selected candidate will have excellent organizational skills, be able to prioritize tasks effectively, and ensure seamless project execution. They will also have a strong understanding of project management principles, including budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation.

About the Job
  • Lead strategic and operational projects from planning to execution
  • Ensure on-time delivery, high quality, and clear communication with the team
  • Coordinate with external vendors and service providers to ensure timely delivery and quality compliance
  • Manage project budgets, track costs, and optimize resource usage without compromising quality or compliance
  • Identify and evaluate project risks, propose mitigation strategies, and resolve challenges proactively
Requirements & Qualifications
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field
  • 8–10 years of experience in project management within an industrial setting, ideally in nutraceuticals, supplements, or food manufacturing
  • Strong understanding of GMP, HACCP, FDA, and FSSC 22000 regulations
  • Proven ability to analyze data, manage project budgets, and optimize resource usage
  • Professional-level English communication and reporting skills (written and spoken)
Preferred Qualifications
  • Prior experience in project management within the food, nutraceuticals, or supplement industry
  • PMP certification is a plus, but not mandatory
