About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and experienced project coordinator to manage our tech projects, working closely with vendors, stakeholders, and our CTO.

  • Manage Zoho CRM, Website Development, and sales tool projects.
  • Coordinate with Zoho partners, agencies, and developers.
  • Translate sales/marketing needs into tasks.
  • Test and validate deployments.

We are looking for someone who can:

  • Ensure timely execution and alignment with business goals.
  • Work effectively in a cross-functional environment.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • 2–4 years of experience in tech project coordination.
  • Exposure to Zoho CRM.
  • Understanding of web basics (HTML, CMS, WordPress/Shopify).
  • Familiarity with Google Sheets, Jira/Trello, Slack, Notion.
  • Strong task management and communication skills.
Bonus Points

If you have:

  • Hands-on Zoho CRM experience.
  • Knowledge of APIs, webhooks, Zapier, Zoho Flow.
  • Vendor management experience.
