We are looking for a motivated professional to fill the role of Junior Project Manager.

Job Description:

This position involves planning, coordination, and execution of networking projects. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills and be able to grow into a senior delivery/project management role.

  • Project Coordination & Execution
  • The selected candidate will assist in planning and executing network implementation, upgrade, and migration projects using standard project management tools.
  • They will track project deliverables, timelines, and dependencies using tools like MS Project or Jira.
  • Supporting cut-over activities during switch/router replacements, upgrades, or data center migrations is also a key responsibility.
  • Technical Collaboration
  • The Junior Project Manager will work closely with network engineers to ensure tasks are delivered in line with design and standards.
  • Reviewing network diagrams, change plans, and implementation schedules is an essential part of this role.
  • Providing L1/L2 technical assistance where required, leveraging CCNA knowledge, is also expected.
  • Governance & Reporting
  • Maintaining RAID logs is crucial for this position.
  • The selected candidate will prepare project status reports, dashboards, and client presentations.
  • Ensuring adherence to ITIL processes during deployments is also a key responsibility.
  • Stakeholder Communication
  • The Junior Project Manager will act as a liaison between clients, vendors, and internal technical teams.
  • Participating in project calls, documenting minutes of meetings, and tracking follow-ups is an essential part of this role.
  • Escalating risks/issues promptly to the Project/Delivery Manager is also expected.
Required Skills & Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will possess the following skills:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Certification: Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) is mandatory.
  • Experience: 1–3 years of experience in networking or IT project coordination.
  • Technical Knowledge:
  • Basic understanding of LAN/WAN, VLANs, routing protocols, and switch configurations.
  • Familiarity with network monitoring tools and ticketing systems.
