Job Title:

Technical Lead Java

We are looking for a highly skilled Technical Lead to spearhead technology initiatives.

System Architecture and Technical Vision:

  • Define and implement technical roadmap for scalability and stability.
  • Oversee system architecture for reliability, security, and scalability.
  • Makes critical decisions on technology stacks and development approaches.

Collaboration with Product Team:

  • Partner with product team to align technical solutions with business goals.
  • Translate product requirements into clear engineering deliverables and timelines.
  • Ensure seamless collaboration between product and engineering workflows.

Execution and Innovation:

  • Drive end-to-end development of core platform features and improvements.
  • Monitor system performance and ensure high availability and reliability.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and adopt emerging technologies when appropriate.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor or Master of Science in Computer Science or related field.
  • 8-10 years of software development experience in PHP, Go, or Java.
  • Experience with JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and modern frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, Vue.js) is a plus.
  • Minimum 4 years leading multiple teams and as an individual contributor.
  • Strong knowledge of performance optimization techniques for web and backend services.
  • Ability to design and develop reusable, scalable components and services.
  • Experience with machine learning is a plus.
