Marketing Manager Opportunity

The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the marketing funds claiming process for partner programs, ensuring compliance and supporting the marketing staff.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Track expenses and funding types by country, and ensure accurate financial reporting.
  • Verify all Proof of Performance for compliance, itemized receipts and partner representative information.
  • Process claims in multiple partner portals, track approvals and payments, and follow up on rejections and unpaid claims.
  • Tie payments to project milestones and reconcile differences as necessary.
  • Support the field marketing team with tracking and processing activities associated with client events.
Accounting Functions:
  • Perform monthly accounting functions, including account reconciliation and reporting.
  • Pull expenses from marketing projects, convert exchange rates and allocate funds accordingly.
  • Track discretionary, MOU and Arrow funds.
  • Report number of claims/dollars claimed vs received monthly.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years' experience working with partner funding, finance or accounting.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Financial knowledge, including accounting principles and budgeting practices.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to ensure accuracy and compliance in all claims and financial transactions.
Preferred Skills:
  • Familiarity with partner funding programs and guidelines.
  • Working knowledge of multiple partner portals and platforms.
