We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead enterprise-grade projects for some of the world's largest organizations.
- Lead the full project lifecycle: planning, execution, delivery, and closure.
- Build and manage high-value client relationships, ensuring stakeholder trust.
- Deliver measurable business outcomes and ROI from engagements.
- Anticipate and manage risks, escalations, dependencies, and scope changes.
- Continuously improve delivery methodologies and client engagement models.
- Mentor and guide teams, driving efficiency and quality.
- Act as the primary client-facing leader for enterprise transformation projects.
- Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- 5+ years of project management experience in IT or BPO within a leading System Integrator (SI).
- Proven track record managing complex projects with multiple modules.
- Strong leadership and mentoring skills with hands-on delivery expertise.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and CXO-level presentation skills.
- Proficiency with PM tools (MS Project, Jira, Confluence, etc.).
- Strong grasp of Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, Kanban methodologies.
- Familiarity with scaled Agile frameworks, product, and portfolio management.
- Certifications (one or more): PMP, PRINCE2, PMI-ACP, CSM, PSM, SAFe, CSPO.
