Job Title: Culture Transformation Lead

Our company seeks a talented and experienced professional to lead the transformation and embedding of our organisational culture. As the Culture Transformation Lead, you will be responsible for championing our company's values through strong leadership and inspirational behaviour.

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive culture transformation strategy that aligns with our company's vision and values.
  • Collaborate with senior leaders and teams to embed a positive and inclusive organisational culture.
  • Provide coaching and mentoring to colleagues to enhance their cultural awareness and competencies.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of our culture transformation initiatives and make recommendations for improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Embed our company's values into all aspects of the organisation.
  • Foster a culture of inclusivity, diversity, and respect.
  • Develop and implement programs to enhance employee engagement and well-being.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to support culture transformation.
Requirements:
  • Master Degree in Human Resources or related field.
  • 12+ years of experience in HR role, preferably in culture transformation and change management.
  • Proven track record of leading culture transformation initiatives.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to think critically and strategically.
